- Most products are On‑Demand / Made‑to‑Order, and not eligible for return or refund once production begins.
- We prioritize clarity, craftsmanship, and customer confidence. You’ll receive timely updates on your order and full access to pre‑purchase customization support.
🕓 Cancellations – Strictly Within 24 Hours
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Payment gateway / payment platform charges (e.g., Paymob/Tabby/Tamara fees) are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
(These fees are charged by the payment processor and are not returned to us.) - After 24 hours, orders enter production and become non‑refundable and non‑modifiable.

🌍 GCC Region Shipping & Policy
- Delivery within 20 days across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
- All shipments are insured.
- Returns in GCC follow the same strict eligibility rules as UAE.
