At Leisure Italian, every piece is a bespoke creation, handcrafted with precision, cultural richness, and purpose. Due to the made-to-order nature of our furniture, we offer limited return scenarios designed to protect both our clients and our artisan partners.
🔐 General Principles
- All purchases are subject to this policy upon order confirmation.
- Most products are On-Demand / Made-to-Order, and not eligible for return or refund once production begins.
- We prioritize clarity, craftsmanship, and customer confidence. You’ll receive timely updates on your order and full access to pre-purchase customization support.
🕓 Cancellations – Strictly Within 24 Hours
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
- After 24 hours, orders enter production and are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
📦 Return Eligibility (Limited Conditions)
Returns are accepted only under strictly defined exceptions:

| Order delayed 30+ days | 500 AED store credit as compensation. |
| Custom orders (if damaged) | Full exchange + 300 AED credit. No refunds under any other custom scenarios. |
❌ Ineligible Return Scenarios
- Change of mind after 24-hour grace period
- Sizing or measurement issues (use our guides or contact our team before ordering)
- Aesthetic preferences not meeting expectation (e.g. wood tones, style nuances)
- Minor imperfections from artisan handcrafting
- Shipping delays under 30 days
🌍 GCC Region Shipping & Policy
- Delivery within 20 days across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
- All shipments are insured.
- Returns in GCC follow the same strict eligibility rules as UAE.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 10 business days.
- In most approved cases, store credit is preferred over monetary refunds.
🎁 Gifts & Credit Notes
- If marked as a gift, approved returns will generate a gift certificate.
- If gifted through a third party, refunds (if eligible) go to the original purchaser.
