Because of the unique nature of our products, we maintain a clear and firm refund policy that protects the integrity of custom craftsmanship and ensures transparent expectations from the moment you place your order.

We value your feedback and strive to deliver a seamless buying experience—but due to the nature of our production, we ask customers to read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
🚫 Returns & Refunds — Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Furniture
❗ All Sales Are Final
Because all Leisure Italian furniture is made-to-order and customized for each client, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances once production begins. Please confirm all product dimensions, specifications, finishes, and delivery timelines before ordering.
🔄 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this grace period, all orders are moved into production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
⚠️ Ineligible Return Reasons
The following scenarios do not qualify for returns or refunds:
- Change of mind post-order
- Measurement or sizing errors on the customer’s end
- Preference-related issues (e.g. color tone, design style)
- Shipping delays under 30 days
- Minor imperfections consistent with handcrafted production
✅ Limited Return Scenarios — Strictly Defined
We accept claims only under the following rare exceptions:

Custom orders arriving damaged will be exchanged, and you’ll receive 300 AED store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
🌍 GCC Region & International Deliveries
We strive to deliver furniture within 20 business days to GCC countries. All shipments are insured. Delays exceeding 30 days will be compensated with a 500 AED store credit.
Return eligibility across GCC aligns fully with UAE policies. No returns accepted outside the defined exceptions.
🧾 Refund Processing (If Eligible)
If a refund is granted under one of the above exceptions:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Store credit may be issued instead, based on the case
🎁 Gifts & Store Credits
Gift purchases are eligible only for store credit if approved under our limited scenarios. Refunds will not be made to recipients directly unless the item was purchased and shipped to them originally.
