A: If you see an express delivery option at checkout, it’s available. If not, we’re experiencing a high volume season, and delivery times are limited to 20 days (this excludes next-day delivery).

A: Absolutely. Contact our customer care team, and they will assist you in rescheduling.
Q: Can you store my order for a month?
A: Yes, we can store your order free of charge for up to 31 days. After that, a storage fee of 500 AED per month will apply.
Q: Do you offer cash on delivery?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery across the UAE.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Express delivery takes within 7 days. Free delivery takes 14 to 20 days from the date of placing the order.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UAE?
A: Yes, we deliver to all GCC countries within 30 days. Shipping is insured against failed delivery.
Q: What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
